Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The author must submit two files of the manuscript. The first has full details about the authors, and the second has no information about the authors.
  • Submitting a manuscript indicates that the described work has not been previously published, is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere, and has received approval for publication from all co-authors, as well as from the responsible authorities at the institute where the work was conducted. The publisher will not assume legal responsibility for any claims for compensation that may arise.
  • Papers containing material that has previously appeared elsewhere, such as in conference proceedings, should be explicitly indicated at the time of submission. This information can be provided as a comment to the editor.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or LATEX format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The manuscript cannot be withdrawn after receiving notification of the first round's reviewing process outcome.
